By downloading or using Tanuki Beats, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Tanuki Beats is a personal music library player for audio files stored on your iPhone or iPad, in iCloud Drive, on network shares, or in cloud accounts you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play and store the music you import.
Your audio files stay on your device and in the accounts or shares you connect. We do not host or receive your music files on Tanuki Beats servers. Optional Cloud Sync stores library metadata and playlists only.
All library sources, Cloud Sync, playback handoff, CarPlay, metadata matching, and other features are available without Membership. Tanuki Beats Membership provides unlimited playback; free playback is subject to the allowance shown in the app. Online enhancement, Cloud Sync, and playback allowance processing are described in our Privacy Policy.
Monthly and annual Membership plans are auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, change, or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not renew.
Your license to use Tanuki Beats is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms of Service supplement that agreement for Tanuki Beats's services and features. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Tanuki Beats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free metadata matching.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Tanuki Beats（タヌキビーツ）をダウンロードまたは使用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。音声ファイルはデバイスと接続先に残ります。任意の Cloud Sync は索引のみです。すべてのライブラリソース、Cloud Sync、デバイス間の再生引き継ぎ、CarPlay、メタデータ照合は会員登録なしで利用できます。タヌキビーツ会員では再生時間が無制限になり、無料ユーザーにはアプリ内に表示される再生枠が適用されます。月額・年額プランは Apple 経由で購入する自動更新サブスクリプションで、現在の期間終了の 24 時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。買い切りプランは一回限りの購入です。詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。利用許諾には Apple 標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（EULA）が適用され、本利用規約はその補足です。
