By downloading or using TanukiBeats, you agree to these Terms of Service.
TanukiBeats is a personal music library player for audio files stored on your iPhone or in your iCloud Drive. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play and store the music you import.
Your audio files stay on your device and in your iCloud account. We do not host or receive your music files on TanukiBeats servers. Optional Tanuki Cloud backup stores library metadata and playlists only.
Tanuki Cloud library-index sync requires Tanuki VIP and is managed in Account. Automatic metadata, artwork, and lyrics enhancement are optional under Settings → Developer Options and described in our Privacy Policy.
TanukiBeats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free metadata matching.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
